All work is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied just return the item and you can either get your money back or a different item. You pay for return shipping charges.
If you order a custom item and that is over $15.00 then1/2 of the cost must be received before work will begin on the project. The same guarantee applies to custom orders. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail unless indicated otherwise. For instance a dish cloth would cost more to ship priority mail then you would be buying the item. Therefore I will mail it first class.
